PT Wiranusa Grahatama was established in August, 1988. The scope of the Company comprises the development of land and related infrastructure.

Currently, the Company's main activities consist of land acquisition and planning for its development of Pearl Garden, a complex of town house, low rise exclusive apartment, office space, and high rise apartment located in Jl. Jend. Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta.
